Welded Art

I have been wanting to start on another piece, based on same concept as previous table.  I want to try a different technique for laying out the pieces.  Going for a different feeling. 

Dual inserts - welded steel, beginning of new project.  MIG welded on the bottom - Oxy-Acetylene on the top.

old Wine Bottle tree dies. . . .

It appears that our old wine bottle tree contracted a bad case of ‘Carrie-Nation-Teetotalers’ disease (alcoholus-abstinus-arberitus), and the lower half of the tree dies of a cirrhosis like decay.  As sometimes happens in nature, however, it appears that the old tree left a few seeds to start a new tree, or two.

 I installed a motion detector switch under the mirror - when the door opens or there is movement, the under sink lighting turns on.  Pretty cool in the middle of the night!

Ford Radiator Cowl Shelf

I am not sure if this is a Model T or a Model A radiator cowl.  Found the cowl at a flea market (actually Hobby Mommy found it) . . .

I turned it into a shelf.

I am not really sure what is in the jar on the left side, but it is probably good for whatever ails you....

Made some Kitchen Shelves - they matched the cabinet finish.

  . . . But they seemed kind of plain . . . 

added some red glass orbs 

When the sunlights comes in, it really catches the light
